The consumption on fireworks products is step into for a higher quality in the modern life,and it is an urgent requirement to speed up the pace of developing automatic production in firecrackers manufacturer,with the concept of "made in China 2025" is promoting.Based on the task and there has no automatic packaging equipments of color bead tube in China,developing an automatic packaging equipment for color bead tube,to research the lake of fireworks mechanical reliability analysis and wrapping unstable quality issues.The main studies as follow:Firstly,it has determined that the technological process of the packaging machine,performance requirements and technical indicators,then,using the modularized design method to put forward the overall design plan of the color bead tube automatic packaging machine,stand on the traditional packaging step and integrating the manual process with modern technology of color bead tube.Based on the particularity of the fireworks firecracker production,commonly used in the packaging machinery slider rocker mechanism motion reliability analysis;combined with the existing mechanism motion reliability theory,kinematics of mechanism,kinematic error analysis,effective length model theory and the theory of wear and tear,affecting the reliability of the model is established,from considering the original error and the perspective of kinematic pair clearance error and wear,Then through calculating,to complete the wear analysis of the impact of mechanism reliability,providing theory basis for the fireworks machinery design and maintenance.Based on the characteristics of fireworks production later wrapped package,the main factors affecting the quality of color beads tube wrapped package of finite element analysis,structure statics is studied by using ABAQUS software,the simulation calculation.In a typical processing displacement loading conditions,analyzed the beads cylinder diameter size,bright pearl of the correlation of parameters such as elastic modulus,to establish the relation between beads tube size and press roller displacement.Finally,proposed the beads barrel automatic packaging desktop module and the evaluation of the whole plan,set the evaluation index;through the site assessment,proposed in view of the beads barrel automatic packaging desktop module and the evaluation of the whole plan,set up evaluation indexes,through the analysis process,guided by the theory,module combination between cohesion,packaging equipment operation stability,improves operation efficiency and quality of wrapping package,and according to the efficiency compared with traditional packaging,from the big advantage of economic indicators,meet the demand of the market.
