For the purposes of mineral sufficient monomer dissociation,the finely ground of object ore is very important.But with the useful ore grain size becomes smaller,flotation recovery will have a great impact,generally using conventional flotation methods are difficult to recycle fine grained minerals.Fine-grained level of useful minerals can not be effectively recycled,not only a waste of resources,but also the loss of minerals in the tailings mine will pollute the surrounding enviro?ment.Fine grade mineral effective recovery is a serious issue that industry faced at this stage dressing,so the study of fine grade mineral efficient recycling has a very important practical significance.This paper studies the effects of micro-fine chalcopyrite surface potential and surface soluble components,surface morphology and grinding methods to chalcopyrite flotation recovered,fully analyzed under the premise of study these surface properties,resulting in a analysis of fine grain chalcopyrite flotation recovery in different causes and mechanisms.Through single chalcopyrite mineral flotation tests different size fractions at different pH values and different butyl xanthate concentrations.Experimental study found that the slurry pH and chalcopyrite separation has a close relationship.Test pH <10 range,pure chalcopyrite mineral can have a very high recovery rate.Test at pH> 10,the recovery chalcopyrite flotation tests there was a substantial decrease.Mineral particles grain size decreases had an impact on chalcopyrite sorting process,experimental conclusion shows that the mineral particle size reduction is one of the factors that fine particle chalcopyrite flotation becomes difficult.Experimental study on micro-fine flotation of chalcopyrite found the best pH regional for fine particle flotation is <10,the best agent in an amount of butyl xanthate 15 mg / l;alumina ceramic milling of micro-fine chalcopyrite buoyant better than the use of ball milling of micro-fine chalcopyrite.Test methods and test analysis using surface chemistry ?-potential drug adsorption,surface dissolved,infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy flotation solution;Analysis of test results found that: under two different conditions of grinding methods,the different reasons that affect micro-fine chalcopyrite recovery is: ball milling of micro-fine chalcopyrite surface has a lot of flock generated,hindering the adsorption agent in the mineral surface,that deteriorate the flotation.Chalcopyrite surface micro-fine iron ions dissolved copper ions is better than the opposite,the more strongly acidic solution,micro-fine surface chalcopyrite higher solubility,wherein microfine surface chalcopyrite solubility of iron or copper ions higher than a lot of.The nature of micro-fine chalcopyrite results zeta potential and butyl xanthate is consistent.Study drug adsorption amount can be analyzed with the flotation comparison.Micro-fine chalcopyrite IR test results,test results can be explained by UV spectrophotometer fine particle flotation chalcopyrite.
