Cement is one of the most important materials in the modern construction of modernization.With the excess production capacity, production is not a core competitiveness of the cement enterprises. The labor input and production output ratio, the quality of cement clinker has become a topic of discussion for researcher. Due to the change of domestic cement manufacturers' condition is complex and lack of much of the necessary monitoring points in each step of the process, these common characteristics not only caused the gap with foreign cement factory production cost and quality, but also lead to the advanced control system in domestic cement plants acclimatized symptoms. Therefore, how to improve the quality of cement clinker, reduce labor input is the core of the thesis and the research point.In this paper,having a communication with the field technical,starting from the process of the cement, on the basis of understanding the influence of clinker quality, combined with the experience in the operation of some domestic cement plant operator, many algorithms to support, from process control point of view, research a relatively complete good clinker quality control ideas. Starting from the reality, the control system of the cement clinker quality is designed by selecting the most frequent and important controlling points in the normal operation. The cement clinker quality control system is divided into two parts, first part for control of the kiln decomposition rate of temperature of decomposing furnace setting control system. The second part for the control of the automatic control system of the cooling effect of the kiln grate cooler.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Decomposition rate temperature control setting value system:starting from the raw mix proportioning ratio, according to the existing raw material burnability is derived based on the three rate values of the burn ability of raw meal;from the cement plant site collected a large amount of data, through screening and technical personnel exchanges and data characteristics, extraction and processing of the collected variables, by least squares support vector machine modeling to realize the soft measurement of kiln decomposition rate;combined with the proportioning of raw material burnability index to build the decomposition furnace temperature setting of the fuzzy control system, and according to the mean of the kiln motor current correction, finally gives the decomposition furnace temperature optimization setting value.(2)The clinker cooling effect automatic control system: according to the humanoid intelligent control principle, according to the characteristics of the domestic cement factory typical of grate cooler control. Designing based on the rules of the single control imitation of human intelligent controller and Designing based on multi-modal control the amount of imitation of human intelligence to controller, the system automatically identify the different condition through intelligent selection switch, and then automatically selects the corresponding modal, the control stability target near the setting value, reduce volatility, so that the cooling effect and cement production more stable.(3)Finally, completing the Simulation and development of the software of optimizing the quality control system of cement clinker. Software architecture is composed of three parts: OPC data acquisition system, data base,optimization control algorithm system.And apply it to the site, and achieved good application effect...
