As the basic materials of 13 th construction of cement, its importance is obvious and put forward higher requirements of quality. The cement grinding station is directly related to the cement production cost and quality. Therefore, the future development trend of cement grinding is automation control commonly. This article based on the actual relocation project background of company, XX, 1500000 tons/year of cement griding of control system design and implementation.As follows is idiographic research:(1)Analysis of cement grinding process production technology, combined with DCS “three point on a line” structure, build up the control system of cement grinding. The whole control system is divied into the engineer station,operator station, field station, through the optical fiber ring network connection between each other. At the same time for each station has carried on the hardware configuration, software configuration and system adopts ifixes and CBM industry software.For each station to the hardware configuration and for each station.Control system data communications follow the TCP/IP protocol, the redundant ring bus network, to transmit data using industrial Ethernet. The site controller(AC800M PM856) and S800I/O stand between communication adopts the Modbus fieldbus protocol.(2) Typical cement grinding control system in the specific design work, including the system logic control design, sequential control design, cement grinding material PID control is designed, the mill load control algorithm is analyzed.(3) To the design of hardware and software of the control system of concrete work, analyzed in the hardware design principle and field control station of the electrical field equipment layer construction. Software design uses IFIX and CBM industry software, ifixes to design of PC monitor screen, including the design of the monitor screen production process interface, alarm screen, report, etc. Through the CBM software to design of under a machine program, implement equipment chain control, and other functions. Communication through the OPC connection between up and down a machine.(4) According to the designed control system installation and debugging, sums up the problems in the debugging and gives the corresponding solutions. Need to pay attention to the problem, including the system equipment installation engineering PID analysis specific engineering problems and solutions.Through to the control system hardware and software design, research and design a set of based on IFIX, ABB CBM software platform to monitor the whole process of cement grinding production technology and management, the whole control system of cement grinding has been installation and put into production, and the system is safe, reliable and has reached the expected goals, the mill load control algorithm simulation results also showed the good control quality.
