This article based on the actual relocation project background of company, XX, 1500000 tons/year of cement griding of control system design and implementation.As follows is idiographic research:(1)Analysis of cement grinding process production technology, combined with DCS “three point on a line” structure, build up the control system of cement grinding. The whole control system is divied into the engineer station,operator station, field station, through the optical fiber ring network connection between each other. At the same time for each station has carried on the hardware configuration, software configuration and system adopts ifixes and CBM industry software.For each station to the hardware configuration and for each station.Control system data communications follow the TCP/IP protocol, the redundant ring bus network, to transmit data using industrial Ethernet.
