| Supported by National High Technology Research and Development Program of China: high precision spectrum detection instrument development(No.2012AA061803).Ferroalloy is more than one or two kinds of metal or nonmetal elements and iron fusion in the alloy, mainly used as steelmaking desulfurizer, deoxidizing agent and alloy elements additives, the chemical composition of steel products quality has a direct impact. This paper uses X-ray fluorescence analysis on chemical composition of iron alloy was analyzed quickly and accurately. The main parameters of the IED-2000 T many elements of the analyzer: sensitive electric refrigeration Si-PIN detector is 6mm2 * 0.5mm(thick), the FWHM was 175 eV @5.9keV, micro power consumption, focusing(RH) target X-ray tube voltage of 17 kV, a current for 7μA. This paper mainly obtains the following results:(1)Ferroalloy sample characteristic fluorescence of the basic equations of XRF analysis is established, according to the characteristics of the combination of elements in iron alloy, the configuration of the binary and ternary experimental samples, creating conditions for the development of the experimental study and the related research in the future.(2)The preparation of selected samples of powder method, and check the uniformity of raw materials and samples, the results showed that can meet the requirements of the experiment.(3)Using the characteristic parameter method to correct the matrix effect, the analysis error of Fe, Ni in the analysis of Ni-Fe samples is 1.44%, 2.13%. The analysis error of Cr, Fe in the analysis of Cr-Fe samples is 0.64%, 0.83%. The analysis error of Mo, Fe in the analysis of Mo-Fe samples is 2.09%, 5.56%. The analysis error of Fe in the analysis of Cr-Ni-Fe samples is 3.26%, the analysis accuracy is better than the traditional empirical coefficient method and the two element ratio method.(4)With characteristic parameter method of national standard material of molybdenum(BH0314-4, GBW01423) and low carbon ferrochrome(YSBC25651-93) analysis compared. The analysis error of Fe, Mo in the analysis of BH0314-4 sample is 0.51%, 0.15%; the analysis error of Fe, Mo in the analysis of GBW01423 sample is 0.63%, 0.10%; the analysis error of Cr, Fe in the analysis of YSBC25651-93 sample is 0.56%, 0.53%. Analysis results and empirical coefficient method, binary ratio close analysis of precision can meet the requirements of routine analysis.The results show that the characteristic absorption and enhancement effect can be achieved by using the characteristic parameter method. The characteristic parameter method is more stable and reliable than the empirical coefficient method and the two element method. It is expected to be popularized and applied in practice after further improving the test data. |
