Along with the development of oil field, the change of bottom hole flowing pressure is one of the important parameters of oil well monitoring field and have an important role in the establishment of a reasonable work system for oil field. There's no a systematic method can very accurately calculate bottom hole flowing pressure because of the complex geological conditions. At the same time, due to there're different methods for determining bottom hole flowing pressure of different types of reservoir and a reservoir types at different stages of development, however the relationship between the bottom hole flow pressure and the oil well output (oil well inflow performance) always presents a certain regularity. Since the nature of the differences between the gas and liquid or oil and water, so that the well inflow performance varies. To do research on the calculation of bottomhole flowing pressure is very important.In this paper, summing up the various factors of impacting bottomhole pressure calculation for current research bottomhole pressure calculation method domestic and overseas. Among them, the most influential factors is the density of mixed liquid in wellbore. In order to make iterative computation in the process of calculation for the density of the mixture in wellbore, wellhead casing pressure is the starting point of making iterative computation,from top to down,until the bottom of well,then adding each section pressure to calculate the flowing pressure of bottom hole.Using the existing calculation methods to calculate and analysis of effect of bottom hole flowing pressure factors respectively when study the bottom hole flowing pressure changes of Sazhong development area, then the calculation method of bottom hole flowing pressure in Sazhong development area has been given and and the error is less than 10% between the actual pressure values. This text cantrasts the density correction method after correction, emprical formula and stepwise method to calculate the bottom hole flow pressure and actual pressure values which are compared. We get that the minimum error and the use of the method could get accurate calculation of oil well bottom hole flowing pressure under the condition of without affecting the normal production, so it could apply to the development status of the Sazhong development area.
