Raman scattering has weak signal and this is an inherent property of Raman scattering, thus lead to a lower detection sensitivity. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy technique can effectively overcome this weakness, and extend the application of Raman spectroscopy technology to a wider area. Especially in the biomedical field, in the past 20 years, Raman spectroscopy technology shows a broad application prospect.lt provide valuable information for the medical workers not only in explaining etiology and diseases progression, but also in clinical diagnosis and treatment.In this paper, summarize the basic knowledge of Raman spectroscopy.In addition,the preparation of TiO2-AgNPs surface enhanced Raman basal and its active research are emphatically introduced.The purpose of this paper is to verify whether SERSp fingerprinting of different wavelength laser is same or similar.Three different lasers,532、632.8 and 785nm,are used in this study. On this condition,Raman spectra experiment of R6G and serum are conducted.For this study, when lifting speed is up to 200mm/min, photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin films don’t increased.In the range of 440-600 degrees,Titania crystal is still anatase structure.Film thickness, temperature and ultraviolet irradiation time affect the growth of silver particles together,200 mm/min pulling speed, 520 ℃ calcination temperature and uv irradiation 80 min’s condition can give TiO2-AgNPs basement a better Raman enhancement factor.It is found that different wavelength of excitation laser has obvious effect on spectrum.For 532nm,the enhancement factor of large wave number spectral peak is significantly higher than that of small wave number,the conclusion is just opposite when laser of 785nm is used.SERSp drived by 632.8nm of the laser wavelength is different form the other two consequences and show uniform enhancement factor between large and small wave number.Finally, The result illustrate the accuracy using this basement can reach 89%.It shows that the method has the further research and practical value.
