In this paper,we used cyclic voltammetry to prepare the chemistry modified stationary phase of sulfanilic acid and the chemistry modified stationary phase of bromophenol blue.Meanwhile,it also discusses the absorption of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and norfloxacin.The adsorption effect of the chemically modified stationary phase is obviously improved than without chemically modified.Activated carbon,graphite,and liquid paraffin were well-mixed in the certain proportion.The mixture was then filled in a polyethylene tube(diameter approximately 1.2cm).A wire was inserted into the tube as working electrode of the three electrode system.The reference electrode was a saturated calomel electrode,and the auxiliary electrode was a platinum electrode.put the stationary phase into 30% hydrogen peroxide for oxidation with a period of time,the stationary phase was washed by distilled water and dried in air.Then we placed the tube in the phosphate buffer solution of sulfanilic acid and the phosphate buffer solution of bromophenol blue respectively,and scanned it in the certain potential range,at a certain scanning speed for a certain time.After the completion of scanning,the stationary phase was washed by distilled water and dried in air.Then the chemistry modified stationary phase of sulfanilic acid has reasonable absorption ability to ciprofloxacin hydrochloride;the chemistry modified stationary phase of bromophenol blue has reasonable absorption ability to ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and norfloxacin.The results show that after being modified by sulfanilic acid modification,the chemically modified stationary phase’s ability of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride improves a lot.Which adsorption rate of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was increased from 15% to 70%;The effect of oxidation time,scanning current,scanning time,and oscillation time and amount of sulfanilic acid was investigated.The modified stationary phase adsorption thermodynamics was in accordance with Freundlich isotherm equation.The kinetics of the adsorption accorded with the Ho pseudo second order kinetic model.After being modified by sulfanilic acid and bromophenol blue modification,the chemically modified stationary phase’s ability of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and norfloxacin improves a lot.the adsorption rate of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was increased from 15% to 65%;the adsorption rate of norfloxacin was increased from 22% to 73%;The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of modified stationary phase were consistent with the equation of Freundlich and HO Quasi-second-order reaction,respectively.
