With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, coal mining pays more attention to security and efficiency. Coal winning machine as the key equipment of coal mining, its securely, reliably and steadily operation is very important for coal mining operations.Currently, mainstream coal winning machines at home and abroad are mainly composed of electrical traction shearer, according to the speed control system categories, they can be roughly divided into ac frequency conversion speed regulation, switch reluctance speed regulation and electromagnetic coupling. Compared with the previous two terms of speed control system, the electromagnetic variable-speed traction system has the advantages of variable output torque control, simple control system, small volume, mature technology, etc. Therefore this paper takes the electromagnetic speed of shearer as the research object, from the perspective of promoting the information management efficiency of the coal winning machine and improving the control method of the electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, analyzes the speed regulating process of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and establishes the mathematical control model of the electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, and contrasts the stability of the control algorithm by MATLAB simulation.According to the actual control requirements of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, this paper has designed the master control system of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor with the core of the AT91SAM9G20 micro controller, and has expounded in detail of the working principle and function analysis of the master control system. By analyzing the speed adjustment process of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, this paper has established the mathematical control model of the system speed closed-loop, and has joined in the minimum without corrugated controller in the control of the speed closed-loop, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor. In addition, this paper has joined in the communication system management units——communication management machine in the master control system of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor. The communication management machine adopts standard MODBUS protocol and common communication interfaces to be compatible with a variety of types of signal sensors. Combined with signal sensors, the master control system can realize the semi-automatic operation of the coal mining machinery motor in the process of operation.It can improve the work efficiency and security of the coal winning machines through the remote wireless remote control to realize the remote control of the coal winning machines.It has mainly completed the hardware circuit of the peripheral function module with the CPU as the core in the design of hardware circuit part,mainly including the design of the main line remote control, the design of the data input and output circuit, the design of the power circuit, and the design of the communication circuit, etc. It has mainly completed the system software architecture, embedded Linux system transplantation, the design of the digital controller, and the application program running flow chart of each function module in the design of the software part. In the design of the software and hardware circuit, the effects of the external electromagnetic interference to the system stability should be take full consideration, ensuring that the system has certain robustness.The test shows that, this master control system can achieve the expected control effect of the electromagnetic coupling of traction motor, and it has strong ability of communication compatibility, ensuring that the system can accurately collect the sensor data signal in real-time. Besides, the wireless remote control can accurately transmit the control command to the master control system to realize the remote control function, after repeated testing, the error rate of the wireless remote transmission is controlled within five over ten thousand. The design indexes have all been achieved.
