| Because of being inspired by the phenomenon of self-cleaning lotus leaf surface,the theories of special wettability surface are more and more perfect and many preparation technologies of superhydrophobicity are also constantly emerging.With the popularization of applied range of the superhydrophobic surface,people put forward higher requirements on it’s transparency and complexity of preparation.Good transmittance in the visible and simple preparation process of superhydrophobic coating have gradually become the research hotspot in the field of clean surface.Silicon dioxide particles is a kind of nonmetal oxide with many hydroxyl on the surface,which has the characteristics of the low cost of prepatation and easily control of particle size.As the particles’size constituted of film are less than or close to visible light wavelength,the film showed good permeability in the range of visible light.The small size silica nanoparticles which carries on the alkylated modification can be used for the preparation of transparent superhydrophobic coatings.In these regards,the silica nanoparticles prepared though sol-gel which are modified by hydrophobic substance can be applied to the transparent superhydrophobic coating.The main contents are listed as follows:First,the hydrophobic silica gel is the silica gel modified with hexamethy1-disilazane,which is prepared though sol gel.Less than 100 nm silica particles are prepared by ultrasound and PH value control to control the size of the silica particles.Transparent spray used in coating superhydrophobic films is prepared though dispersing the hydrophobic gel in dispersant and then setting,which can be stable under-10~60 degrees.Experiments confirmed that the spray has good adaptability in all sorts of base material and can form transparent superhydrophobic coating on the glass,ceramic tile,concrete,paper,copper,stainless steel,textiles and wood.The process of forming coatings are simple,which contains spraying and dip-coating.Secondly,because the solvent is volatile and flammable,it has certain security hidden danger when transporting and storing.Considering the high temperature storage affecting its quality at the same time,the hydrophobic silica gel is prepared through centrifuging the spray.The gel can be dispersed by mechanical stirring,which is convenient in storage and transportation and suitable for industrialized production.Experimental results show that the solution prepared by mechanical stirring the gel has the characteristics of spray centrifuged,which has universal adaptability for a variety of base materials and it is convenient for film-forming process.In addition,we explores the transparent superhydrophobic coatings’application fields such antifouling,anti-corrosion and the treatment of oil pollution.What’s more,the wear resistance of superhydrophobic coating has been the focus in the field and the transparent superhydrophobic coating with good mechanical properties has never been reported.The requirement of superhydrophobic coating is micro-nano structure.However,the micro-nano structure is easily destroyed by the external mechanical force,which makes the coating loss of superhydrophobic performance.More importantly,due to the highly transparent superhydrophobic coating is thin,it is easily destroyed by the external mechanical force.Experimental results show that wear resistant super hydrophobic coating can be form on the fabric surface.It is speculated that transparent superhydrophobic coating with good mechanical properties can be prepared on the base material with microstructure.Experimental results show the transparent superhydrophobic coating with good mechanical properties can also be prepared on the surfaces of copper mesh and stainless steel wire mesh.This study is expected to help researchers in the self-cleaning of solar cell surfaces though preparing transparent superhydrophobic coatings with good mechanical properties. |
