Shitoukoumen reservoir as Changchun's main drinking source water,its water quality is declining,and produces serious ecological environmental problems such as eutrophication problem,soil erosion,which is serious threat to the safety of drinking water.All the ecological problem is due to irrational exploitation,indiscriminate discharge of sewage and garbage discarded and free-range poultry in its upstream.The study takes the theory of ecological watershed,river landscape ecology,ecological restoration theory and game theory as a guide to Shitoukoumen reservoir for the main study area,which starts with an ecological environment investigation of Shitoukoumen reservoir upstream catchment,based on the integration of ecology,environment,resources and social features of study area,reads quality indicators of sampling water,land use pattern information,social information,images and field surveys poll information to do the ecological safety assessment,and based on which results build Source Water Ecological Protection Mode,which provides a reference for environmental management,improves the timeliness of management.The research results of this paper are listing as follows:(1)The main environmental problems of Shitoukoumen reservoir comes deforestation,land reclamation,quarrying,dredging,mining from the upstream area to cause soil erosion problems.There are many garbage,pesticides and fertilizers residues material,free-range livestock manure,waste water and produce a lot of sewage directly discharged without treatment in the middle reaches of the protection zone,which leads to water quality eutrophication.For downstream region,widespread farmland is near the river,free-range poultry manure,poultry spoilage livestock remains piled river,carrying E.coli and other harmful bacteria with surface runoff into the reservoir for water safety.(2)This study starts with an ecological environment investigation of Shitoukoumen reservoir upstream catchment,based on the integration of ecology,environment,resources and social features of study area,reads quality indicators of sampling water,land use pattern information,social information,images and field surveys poll information to do the ecological safety assessment,with2015 statistics and general data-based maps,evaluation factors in the index space quantify and analyze the basis of build DPSIR model into four-level system of 37 indicators of ecological security evaluation index,derived index was 0.513,drawn ecological security index for the general state of the study area.(3)Combined with the evaluation results of the analysis of Ecological security in study area,under the guidance of ecological theory and game theory,this paper presents a Source Water Ecological Protection Mode,based on the ecology of,resources,environment,social characteristics,the water quality and safety in study area,combines water safety protection mode,soil and water conservation and ecological mode eco-industrial mode two by two,forming water safety-soil and water conservation,soil and water conservation-eco-industrial,water safety-eco-industrial from the perspective of three-dimensional coupled-mode to explore the ecological protection of source water,and apply in Shitoukoumen Reservoir.The study explores countermeasures governance of source water ecological protection system to protect the reservoir water quality and safety.
