For some special places such as nuclear accident site, the high concentration of aerosol dust that suddenly produced can cause damage to the environment and people. If not for its control in time, damaging can cause a wider range of pollution. So finding a safe and effective method, the implementation of rapid control aerosol and removal is to reduce accident consequences, the important measures to prevent spread of pollution, safety and environmental protection for workers will is of great significance.The experiment prepared a kind of pressure aerosol preparation, The pressure preparation is water soluble and high viscosity, the inside of the polymer with crosslinking structure. Adopting the mechanism of free radical solution polymerization, with PVA as base material, modified acrylamide as functional monomers and synthetic polymer solution, Synthesis of polymer solution, adding gelatin and surfactants on the modification, preparation of a kind of high viscosity that has pay network structure and used to spray aerosol dust particles in the air after the film is convenient recycling of water soluble aerosol preparation.The experimental results show that PVA acrylamide and matrix graft copolymerization reaction happened, press aerosol preparation contains polymer/networking; Comparing with polyacrylamide, because of the crosslinking structure and movement of molecular chain, disorder, crystalline abate, thermal stability enhancing. To explore the performance of pressure preparations, The results show that the pressure of preparations of viscosity is inversely proportional with the reaction temperature, rotating speed, and the dosage of initiator, solid content is higher than, and with the increase of the relative contents of acrylamide, solution viscosity increased; Using deionized water as viscosity regulator, testing different viscosity inhaler suppression performance of pressure aerosol preparation has the highest total suppression efficiency can reach 90.21%.
