Milk protein contains many active ingredients can be released through enzymatic means.The raw materials of lactoferrin,lactalbumin and casein are hydrolyzed by relevant enzymes.The hydrolysis products,milk and fermented milk are mixed by proportion and manufactured formula milk and fermented dairy products with immunomodulatory effects.The immune stimulation index of spleen lymphocytes to prepared formula and yogurt were determined by MTT.The results showed that three kinds of infant formula milk powder added 0.03 g lactoferrin hydrolyzate,4.80 g casein hydrolysates and whey protein hydrolysates 1.17 g in per 100 g milk powder,while 1% oligosaccharides maltose,2% lower Poly fructose,1% bovine colostrum in milk powder.The immune stimulation index was up to 5.97.Old milk powder are added in the same additives of three kinds of protein hydrolysates,while added 2% Isomaltooligosaccharide,3% Chinese yam powder and 1% bovine colostrum powder in it.The immune stimulation index was up to 5.62.The immune stimulation index of yogurt fermented with same three protein hydrolysates was up to 4.81.According to the above formula,formula milk powder and fermented yogurt were produced.In accordance with the evaluation of immune functional foods,the evaluations of immunomodulatory effects with products had evaluated.In the experiment,we used Balb/c mouse as low immunity model and irrigate stomach with different doses.The qualities of the immune organs,cellular immunity,humoral immunity,monocytes-macrophages Cell function were detected.The result showed that The results showed that the infant formula were to 2g/kg and 20g/kg dose;old milk to 1g/kg and 2g/kg dose and yogurt to 4g/kg and 40g/kg dose were carrying out irrigation stomach experiment respectively.Compared with same dose of commercial formula milk,yogurt and negative control,there were significant differences to low immune mouse indicators of the quality of the immune organs,cellular immunity,humoral immunity,monocytes-macrophages function and the results were positive.Therefore,the prepared formula milk powder and yogurt through research formula have function of improving immunity.
