Semiconductor nanocrystals(NCs),as known as Quantum Dots(QDs),have been attracting much attention due to their unique optical properties originating from the quantum confinement effect.CdSe QDs have been studied the most extensively over the past two decades owing to their potential application in light-emitting diodes, lasers, and biological labels. This studies started from the mechanism and condition optimization of the synthesis of QDs,firstly improved the preparation conditions of traditional CdSe QDs.The obtioned CdSe/CdZnS had a luminescent efficiency upto 40 % with good stability.Secondly,a facile method was also developed to prepare QDs with blue-red emission wavelength in chlorophyll absorption range, which proved be a candidate luminescent material for plant factories. Finally, large sized QDs were prepared by a modification method through controlling the growth speed of QDs.The prepared QDs showed the emission wavelength more than 660 nm with the efficiecy of 30-50 %,which is a nice red-emitting material for plant illumination. |
