| The vertical vibration of the mill,it will seriously affect the strip production quality and the service life of rolling mill.Therefore,the influence of various parameters to the vertical vibration mill was analyzed by studying the structure parameters and process parameters on the rolling mill.They can provide theoretical basis for tunning rolling process and avoiding the self-excited vibration of rolling mill.This paper is based on four roller mill,vibration problems was researched from the classic rolling force model and the interface lubrication kinetic model,the effect of rolling parameters on the self-excited vibration under different conditions was analyzed.The mainly works are involved:Firstly,the four roller cold rolling mill system as the research object,the six degrees of freedom vertical mill system model was established and the model takes into account of the damping of the hydraulic pressure system and the damping of roll gap.To solve the main vibration mode and vibration model diagram of each part by establishing the model and analyze of the motion characteristics of the roller.Secondly,in order to study the influence of damping on the rolling mill vibration of rolling mill interface,the article used a classic formula of rolling force Bland-Ford-Hill model as the foundation,analyzing when roll vibration occurs,the change of rolling force caused by tension change and friction coefficient change.And by using Newmark method carried out simulation on the vibration state of roll.Finally,the lubrication of rolling interface was considered.According to the movement characteristics of rolling lubrication interface,the metal plastic deformation,mixed lubrication and the coupling relationship between and among rolling mill vibration was established,through three mutual influence to analyze the rolling force change cused by the tension change and the film thickness changes when the roll vibration.Newmark method was used for the calculation of the vertical self-excited vibration of rolling mill.Study on the system of self-excited vibration conditions,the critical rolling speed was obtained under different rolling conditions.The related research results can guide the control of rolling parameters suitable to avoid the self-excited vibration of rolling mill.The above research contents and achievements have important theoretical significance for further research on vertical vibration of rolling mill.These results will be combined with the actual situation of rolling vibration,can provide theoretical guidance for the self-excited vibration of vertical mill,this is very important to increase its yield and improve its product quality. |
