| Common terrestrial isopod Mongoloniscus sinensis(Dollfus, 1901) was chosen for testing effection by heavy metals Lead(Pb) and Zinc(Zn), using acute filter paper contamianated method and soil contaminated method. And pathological tissue change was observed with paraffin section technology.(1) Acute Toxicity of Pb and Zn on Mongoloniscus sinensis : the contact filter paper test and soil direct test, acute toxicity relevant to exposure time and the concentration of heavy metals Pb and Zn. Filter paper contact method which measured M. Sinensis 48 h half lethal concentration(LC50) were 197.562、503.687、142.581 μg cm-2, soil direct method M. Sinensis 14 d(LC50) were 2917.005;2977.929;2178.636 mg kg-1. The relationship of toxicity effect: Zn < Pb < Eco-toxicological, illustrating various different heavy metals patience and sensitivity to the limits of M. Sinensis.(2) Accumulation experiments show that M. Sinensis can survive in a certain concentration heavy metals such as Lead and Zinc, but it significantly inhibited the growth of terrestrial isopods in heavy metal pollution. But different heavy meatals of Mongoloniscus sinensis of are different accumulation ability to Pb and Zn. The enrichment of M. sinensis that heavy metals Pb and Zn relationship: Zn > Pb > Eco-toxicical. M. sinensis has a significant enrichment of Zn; the heavy metals Pb also have enrichment. The accumulation of heavy metals Pb and Zn eco-toxicical are less absorbed. It is fully showed that M. sinensis can have good accumulation on heavy metal, and can use the M. sinensis to treatment the problem of heavy metal pollution.(3) Heavy metal Lead and Zinc exposured to the influence of M. Sinensis hepatopancreas organization structure shows that different kinds of heavy metals resulted the degree of pathological changes in the M. Sinensis liver pancreas sample. The results showed that the combined Pb and Zn is most evident than single pollution. It suggested that the joint effects of Pb and Zn were synergistic. The hepatopancreas of M. Sinensis after heavy metal Lead and Zinc pollution compared with the control group with different degree of pathological changes, the cell membrane autophagy and cytoplasm has significantly reduced symptoms, severe cases showed that hepatopancreas after heavy metal pollution in the body will produce certain physical symptoms. The conclusion is that the mortality rate of M.Sinensis is relative to concentration of the pollution of Zn and Pb. Half lethal concentration is measured in reflectiong Oniscidae resistance of single and compound pollution of heavy metals and sensitivity. By observation of paraffin tissue section technique, liver pancreas to analyze its internal pathological changes, aims to further understand the mechanism of heavy metal detoxification of M.Sinensis. |
