Preparation And Properties Of The Hot Galvalume Anti-fingerprint Coating

The fingerprint resistant coating can provide galvanized sheet with corrosion resistance,fingerprintresistance,alkali wash and many excellent Properties as an organic-inorganic hybrid materials.Now,major domestic steel mills have been depending on importing.This Paint has been studied and Prepared to meet our desires independently to change the situation.We want to exploit the new fingerprint resistant coating on the basic of Galvalume in this report.The fingerprint resistant paint is designed from three parts.They are membrane material,passivation agents and additives.It is based on the performance of fingerprint resistant coatings.Several different emulsion is researched.In this result,we choose polyacrylic emulsion in this report.Zr composite system is selected as the passivation agents.About mainly additives,the packing medium and self-lubricant are mainly studied.And the results show that the silica nanoparticle used as the packing medium can give the film the highest density and corrosion resistance.This SiO2 must have been modified by the silane coupling agent.Here we just use the solution named W1 straightly.The water-based wax must be added if we want to improve the rub resistance of the film.In the end,we decided the best recipe by orthogonal experiment.The fingerprint resistant paint consists of 60% of polyacrylic emulsion,3% of W1,4% of zirconium salts,4% of water-based wax.The curing process of fingerprint resistant paint by ourself is studied in this report.The thickness of coating is kept at the similar level by controlling amount and intensity.Experiment of single factor is used to research the effect of temperature and time on coating performance.We get the best temperature and time of galvalume fingerprint resistant coating through the performance of fingerprint resistance,corrosion resistance,adhesive force,black degeneration,heat resistance and solvent resistance.The best curing process is that the best curing temperature is 100? and the best curing time is1 min.All the performances of coating can reach market requirements on fingerprint thiscondition.The best curing process of fingerprint resistant paint in market by the same handing methods.We get that the best curing temperature is 100? and the best curing time is 3min.Comparing with the performance of galvalume fingerprint resistant coating under this condition.Although the corrosion resistance is not as good as that one,the performnce of coating can still reach market requirements.In this experiment,some methods are used.They are electrochemical reaction,IR spectrum test,neutral salt spray test,color difference test,boiling water accelerated test and circle experiment.
