| With the development of the plastics industry,plastic products are becoming more and more widely used in the fields of production and our daily life.In the actual production,the flow and forming of plastic in the cavity is related to a serious of factors,such as,the material properties,the shape size of the product,molding process parameters,cavity surface and mold design and so on.And the formation of this process is complex and changeable.CAE numerical simulation is used to analyze the process of injection molding,and predict the possible defects of the injection molding process and provide some solutions to solve the problem,thus this technology can improve the quality and reduce the production cost significantly.This subject according to the product of contactor produced by Shenyang injection molding factory,and used the numerical simulation technology for the optimized design of injection molding process,to achieve the purpose of guiding the actual production.While the structure of the product is so complex,and there’re many holes and grooves on it,so it’s hard to product it.Using the injection molding software of Moldflow as the platform,and analyze the base injection molding simulation,to optimize the pouring and cooling system,and design a reasonable curve.According to the optimized design of the injection mould for the base of the contactor,the injection molding tool is designed and manufactured.In the process of simulation,the effect of glass fiber on the quality of plastic parts is studied by means of fiber orientation analysis.According to the preliminary simulation results and the actual injection molding process parameters,the orthogonal experimental design theory is used to design the experimental parameters.Through the analysis of the results,the main process parameters affecting the warping deformation and volume shrinkage are obtained,and the optimal process parameters are obtained by the optimization analysis.In the end,to product some experiment by the process parameters,and the product is tested by the factory’s production standard and simulation analysis,so we can get a contactor withhigh quality.Through the testing of the product,it is confirmed that the numerical simulation can be used in the actual production can solve the practical problems,which encountered in the production of the base plastic parts of the contactor.It improves the quality of the plastic parts,improves the production efficiency,reduces the production cost,but also improves the economic benefits and social benefits. |
