In recent years, with the constantly improvement of socio-economic, level of urbanization and the changing environmental resources of China, urban sewage and water pollutant emissions has risen as the major contributor of water pollution, including a sharp increase in the nitrogen-containing sewage. In order to prevent further deterioration of water environment, and to ensure that the water environment could be achieved a virtuous cycle, the demand for protecting water environment and exploiters urban sewage treatment plant "reduction" requirements continue increases. As the phenomenon that low-carbon source of urban sewage water is increasing, inadequate carbon in sewage water becomes the main problem in facility upgrading.Currently, swage plants are using conventional methods that putting methanol, acetic acid, liquid carbon source to remove the nitrate. However, this method has some drawbacks, which is not easy to control the amount of carbon fluids and the operation is complicate, and likely to cause more serious organic pollution of water, adding the cost of pretreatment. Therefore, scholars are actively studying the solid carbon removal process and related theoretical study. In this study, artificial simulation of low-carbon sewage is the research unit, and solid waste corn cob as an external solid carbon source, to study the capability of corncob extra solid carbon source material, and comprising corncob leachate organics release, emission and safety Performance Testing. This study also aims at the issues of extra solid carbon source for SBBR simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process of removing organic matter in water, the influencing factors of TN and NH4+-N and nitrogen removal mechanism, to determine the best control technology when adding extra solid carbon source for SBBR simultaneous nitrification and denitrification processes required mode. By the experimentalmethods, this study has proved solid carbon source of low-carbon wastewater denitrification is an effective new method.Corn cob as a solid carbon source material has a certain release carbon regularity, which can give off large amounts of organic carbon, thus it has good capacity for carbon, and the carbon release rate is relatively stable and suitable for sustained release as an external carbon source material. Corncob not detected in leachate heavy metal ions Cd, the detected heavy metal ions like Cu, Cr and Zn are below the surface water environmental quality standard Class?, heavy metal ions Pb and As are less than class?. Therefore, the use of corn as a core extra solid carbon source is a kind of safe solid carbon source material.SND acclimation phase, extra solid carbon source(corn cobs) of biofilm simultaneous nitrification and denitrification carbon source sewage treatment had a significant effect. After being putting into carbon, the average TN removal rate increased from 53% to 81%, as NH4+-N amount removed by the theoretical assimilation was only 22.1%, while the average removal rate of TN is about 81%, which proves the occurrence of simultaneous nitrification nitrification. By adding solid carbon source and SBBR Foreign Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification of various factors, the research found the best optimal control mode during the stable operation of the system: the best corncob dosage is 5g for each 1.5L artificial carbon sewage treatment, and the DO is about 4.5mg/L, aeration time was 8h, p H value of 7.5, then the NH4+-N effluent concentration of 3.25mg/L, at the mean time the NH4+-N removal rate reached 89%, TN effluent concentration of 4.21mg/L, COD effluent concentration of about20mg/L, which has good effect in the process of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.Tests show that in SBBR reactor by adding solid carbon source for simultaneous nitrification and denitrification effect significant role in promoting, and the removal rate of ammonia, TN can be significantly improved, the output water can meet the national emission standards A, which is a new sustainable method to achieve low-carbon swage water denitrification.
