With the continuous increase of the rapid development of urban and rural population and social economy in our country, especially the rapid development of small cities and towns, urban production and living water demand and water drainage amount is increasing, but the sewage treatment plant is to can’t meet the need of development, resulting in a large number of sewage has not been fully processing is discharged into water bodies, water deterioration and eutrophication it becomes more and more serious. Therefore, medium and small cities and towns of China is in urgent need of energy saving, economy, high efficiency, reliable and advanced technology of the town sewage treatment technology, with emissions standards to solve the problem of China’s urban production and living sewage nitrogen, carbon, phosphorus.SBR method in recent years become the focus of research, mainly because of its advantages of low cost, simple process, economy of nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect is good, flexible operation modes. But the actual application in the moment, the SBR method is designed on the basic mode of operation, the practice application shows that, when the requirements of nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic matter removal, the basic mode of operation is generally difficult to achieve the desired treatment effect. This research is mainly the relationship between the time and observation of SBR using different aeration of the different mode of operation and treatment effect, thus obtains the sequencing batch reactor activated sludge treatment of wastewater is the most ideal operation mode.Integration of rural domestic sewage ecological treatment box using sequencing batch activated sludge wastewater treatment process, the research project included:(1) The selection and development of equipment for each component. Select the aeration device type reaction tank supernatant discharge device; design; mud equipment design row reaction tank; the control loop structure design of sequencing batch activated sludge method.(2) Through the analysis of sequencing batch activated sludge wastewater treatment process of BOD-SS load project(Kg-BOD/Kg-SSd), MLSS(mg/l) and discharge ratio(l/m), sewage influent water quality indexes of water quality, treatment goals, design sewage quantity(now, future), the influent sewage calculation method of sequencing batch activated sludge of a water inlet, the operation cycle aeration, sedimentation, drainage procedure time, determine the reaction tank capacity.(3) Experiment of SBR process for treatment of rural domestic sewage, to choose the best mode of operation, the simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus to achieve better results. And through the pollutants within a cycle change, research the method of SBR to remove organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus removal.(4) Combining with the demonstration project, the integration of rural domestic sewage ecological treatment regulation, water change box drainage regulation, regulation of aeration and sludge observation and adjustment of sludge, equipment operation and management, formulate operation rules.
