Ocean is resources treasure with enormous potential. With the frequent petroleum transportation and offshore oil and gas exploitation activities throughout the world, marine oil pollution happen constantly, seriously threatening the sustainable development of marine environment. Petroleum entry to the ocean may bring about such complex reaction as oxidation and dissolution, giving rise to immeasurable secondary disaster. For oil spilling, only by learning the specific situation and tendency of oil-spilling waters, finding the oil-spilling source according to diffusion models and evolvement rules, sending warning signals and taking timely measures can bad effects be minimized. Among all the issues, oil-spilling thickness detection should be regarded as one in urgent need to be addressed.The detection technology, based on the mechanism of electromagnetic energy absorption, by detecting the media absorption ability of electromagnetic energy, can measure the parameter of liquid and solid medium in a non-contacting way. With strong anti-interference performance and high precision, it can find applications in the field of marine environment monitoring, which largely improves timeliness and accuracy of monitoring, thus enjoying broad application prospect.Sensor is the basic part in marine detection field. Most of middle and high grade marine sensor technology of high expense and blockade on technology, however, are in the possession of other countries. As a result, study on high precision sensor technology is of great significance for marine development.This thesis centers on the study on ocean oil-spilling thickness sensor technology based on the mechanism of electromagnetic energy absorption and conducts the researches as follows:1. Building the mathematical models based on the mechanism of electromagnetic energy absorption in the medium of air and oil-contaminated seawater in marine environment.2. Studying and solving the key problems of sensor technology by making sensor model machine to realize real-time oil thickness measurement in laboratory environment.3. Setting up experimental platform for oil-spilling monitoring and detection to do confirmatory experiment transducer calibration in accordance with detection mechanism.
