| This paper introduces a variety of production methods of ethylene first. Because tubular cracking technology is widely adopted in today’s world of ethylene process, the theory, characteristics and production method are emphatically introduced. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current ethylene cracking technology, on the basis of the SSTPC cracking furnace as the research object, discuss the design and operation of the problems.In design aspect, on the one hand, raw material mix after cracking, high value-added products yield low, put forward separation storage and cracking from the source of the raw material according to the quality. The raw materials and cracking furnace can run in the best condition. This processing scheme was implementation, also got very good effect in actual operation, high added value product yield got obvious improvement. On the other hand, implement air pre-heater with burners, save fuel quantity is1.2t/h, not only reduces the production cost and also reduce the emissions to the environment.In the operation aspect, aim at the problems in the furnace, such as the large deviation of the radiation tube temperature, partial pressure is high, the coke was not thorough clean in the tube and thermal efficiency is low, etc, to carry out the research discussion, find the reason, solve problems. Aim at tube temperature deviation, proposed the adjustment burner combustion conditions and internal thermal field distribution. Aim at tube pressure is high, proposed adjustment the compressor running. Aim at thermal efficiency system down slowly, proposed the convection section of blowing, control negative pressure and leakproofness of furnace. These measures are effective in reducing energy consumption in the operation, increase the yield of high value-added products, and raise the competitiveness of the enterprise.In this paper, the research results can provide in the operation of the ethylene cracking process and the reference for the related problem. |
