As a kind of intermediates in organic synthesis, Thioamide compounds have important applications in synthetic drugs and other related fields. Thioacetamide is one main raw materials to synthetize thioamides, which source is limited. Thioamide compounds widely used, but their disadvantages are obvious:A lot of pollution is produced between synthesis process,their waste is serious, their product conversion efficiency is low,but the price of products is expensive. Therefore, thioacetamide has broad application prospects for developing a new synthetic route of thioamide compounds and optimizing the production conditions. This topic is identified to develop a green and efficient way to synthesize thioacetamide.In this paper, we expected to increase the yield of thioacetamide by optimizing the synthetic route. They included the amount of the acetonitrile as solvent, the reaction time, the temperatures and stirring methods; We confirmed the structure and properties of thioacetamide by IR, NMR, and mass spectrometry ect.In this paper, we researched some conditions: the stirring methods, the reaction time and the reaction temperatures. According to these experiments, we obtained the best conditions: 10 ml acetonitrile was used as solvent, mechanical stirring was used, the reaction time was 20 minutes,the reaction temperature was 30℃(the reaction time is controlled within 20 minutes after water was added), Yield was 70%.According to experiments, this thesis got the better thioacetamide synthetic routes and synthesis conditions.
