Mine submersible pump is one of the important equipments of underground drainage system. It is usually used for central pump room drainage and coal mine flood rescue and drainage. Submersible pump is the mechanical energy of the motor through the impeller into the kinetic energy of the fluid, and then through the guide vane into hydraulic energy, and ultimately the fluid discharge of fluid. Submersible pump to a large extent reduces the probability of occurrence of floods in the mine. It can save the lives of underground workers for valuable time. However the head and efficiency is an important technical performance index of large mine submersible pump. How to improve the pump head and efficiency has been the focus of the development of mining industry safety and efficiency. With the further development of underground coal mining tunnel and the promotion of energy saving technology, the research of high lift and high efficiency of large mine submersible pump has high application value and social benefit.Based on the large-scale mine submerged pump structural characteristics, working principle and analyzed and researched transmission fluid flow characteristics, applying the theory of fluid mechanics, the mathematical model of the theoretical calculation of the effect of pump head and efficiency were established. It was concluded that the main way to improve the actual head of the pump is to improve the efficiency of the pump. The design concept of "optimization of high lift and high efficiency" was proposed. The mechanical loss, hydraulic loss and volume loss of the pump efficiency were analyzed comprehensively. The optimized impeller structure was presented, which is the most effective method reducing the energy loss and improving the efficiency of the submersible pump. The existing 3D modeling was verified and corrected by numerical simulation software and pump performance test equipment, and to provide support for the theory. The results showed that the improving impeller structure design was more reasonable and feasible, higher reliability. The pump head and efficiency were effectively improved. The various technical indicators of the performance of its use all effectively meet the requirements of the use of coal mine underground. This research can provide a theoretical basis for the research of large scale submersible pump in China. The promotion of the pump application and the competitiveness of the international market have been accelerated.With high economic value and social value And the research of this topic has high economic value and social value.
