To solve the problem of compatibility between magnetic nanomaterials and organisms,we want to make it more useful in actualproduction and life.especially in the medical profession and biology,we must find the ways to improve the stability of magnetic nanomaterials,especially the biocompatibility,therefore we need to modify the surface of the materials,make the functional groups around the surface of the materials.The three-dimensional size that the quantum dots and magnetic nanomaterials have must be in nanoscale.Usually The size of the quantum dots is smaller than magnetic nanomaterials,generally between 2-20 nm.In general the elements of quantum dots: IIB ? A or IIIA VA elements.The fluorescence of the single semiconductor material is not ideal,so many scientific workers prepared the material with a variety of functions.For example in this paper,the oil phase of quantum dots?CdSe/CdS?is the composite quantum dots.the composite quantum dots fluorescent performance is superior,because there are many defects on the surface of the CdSe,like the surface of the moon,is not smooth,but after wrapped a layer of CdS,can remedy the defects of the surface,make the composite quantum dots fluorescent performance and stability improved.Quantum dots has many advantages,such as: continuous,narrow emission spectrum,wide and symmetry spectrum and easily adjust the luminous color and so on.because of these advantages,we use it in the medical profession,and many others fields.so the study of quantum dots is especially important.People more and more strict requirement for materials,especially for new materials,and we hope that a product can have a variety of performance.Such as the function of the mobile phone which have become the necessities of daily life,from a single fuction before,developed into a variety of functions.So scientists will try to the magnetic nanomaterials and fluorescence quantum dots connected,hope the synthetic material will have both magnetic and fluorescence properties,this study has important significance.we connect this material with the drugs,we can use the magnetic performance,under the plus a magnetic field to pull the our drug to the tumor site,avoid drugs to other parts,lead toother parts of the damage,in addition we can use the fluorescence properties of drug to observe,to see if it really effective for cancerous parts,etc.Due to previous workers to magnetic fluorescent material to do a lot of research,in this paper,three kinds of synthesis solution synthesis the dual functional materials,in order to make the double function material of magnetic and fluorescent properties improved,hope to be able to better satisfy the requirement of people for its performance.This paper mainly works as follows:The first.We got the Performance of Fe3O4 nanoparticles by the Chemical coprecipitation methods and improved the preservation method.we test the temperature?the pH? reaction time and the others,to find the optimal experimental conditions,but in this paper,the writer only introduced the Fe3O4 / PMIDA experimental conditions,the other two methods were similar.The second.We contrast the oil phase and water phase quantum dots preparation conditions.through comparative analysis we know that: the first The different two methods need the same money,but it was easy to failure by the oil phase,because of it was easy to be oxidized,if the air came into the reactor.The second,The fluorescence of the water phase was higher than the oil phase.The third,The stability of the oil phase quantum dots was better than water phase,the fluorescence properties of the oil phase quantum dot will increase slightly along with the time?in one year?.The fourth,oil phase of quantum dots need to contain sulphur chemicals into water phase of quantum dots,such as join thioglycolic acid.In this article,such as quantum dots are not special instructions for the oil phase of CdSe/CdS.The third.using FeCl3.6 H2 O and FeSO4.7H2 O,We got Fe3O4 nanoparticles.Then,Using Allen sodium phosphate?Alendronate?,double gansu phosphine?PMIDA?,3-3hydroxymethyl aminomethane-2-hydroxy propyl sulfonic acid?TAPSO?to modify the Fe3O4,and we got three products : Fe3O4 / Alendronate @ CdSe/CdS?Fe3O4 / PMIDA @CdSe/CdS and Fe3O4 / TAPSO @ CdSe/CdS.We hope that,by the different ways to find a best modification roads.by the product test and characterization,the results showed that:the first,three kinds of modifier were successfully connected to the surface of the magnetic microspheres,we could get the double functional materials;the second,the moreconnected,the longer the key and the magnetism will be reduced,but the TRIS.The third,By comparing three kinds of preparation methods,if we want to improve the performance of the fluorescence,it was better mothod by TAPSO modified.In general,each mothod has it?s advantages,we can't decide which solution is the best mothod.we need to rely on the requirements of practical application and the target to decide which one we use...
