Research On The Application Of Modular Design In The Design Of Zero Material Reuse

In this paper,the author visit and research some processing factories in Hangzhou local,and collection information on the internet.The author get that many factories produce a variety of zero materials in the production process.Most of the zero materials are too difficult to be reused to be treated as waste processing.It is a waste of resources.There for,this paper starts with the problem of zero material and hope to make use of the leather zero materials to obtain more value and save the resources.In this process,the paper is based on the production leather material come from a production of furniture factory for in-depth inquiry.And make a series of reuse of program base on the zero material's characteristics.First,the author visit the factory and get the information of the zero leather material's produce reason,the category,the size,the expected and be analyzed.In order to understand the characteristics of these leather Zero material.However,it is found that the biggest problem is that the size of the leather material is different,the shape is different to be not easy to store and to be used directly.Therefore,this paper introduced the concept of modular design in standardization in the process.First,of all rules will not at a fixed size classify cutting to facilitate later reuse.After that,the author attempts to various basic processing techniques through experiments,to understand some sewing on the basis of the process and the processing technique.It can not only ensure later design plan can be implemented,and also obtained a lot of decorative and functional approach.Eventually the paper from the leather in everyday products play the role of combined with the characteristics of zero leather material and decided to make some less than size furniture home accessories products.The zero leather material is directly or indirectly used.From this direction,the paper select lamps and clocks the two home decoration as targets for future design.Take the module of design concept as a basis for designing a series of can use zero leather material products,so as to achieve zero leather material for reuse.
