Along with our country people's living level unceasing enhancement, drug safety, food safety problem has become the focus of the society and the focus of the government's work. Since April last year, poison capsule event after exposure capsule quality problem increasingly prominent, a lot of inferior or even poisonous capsule partial flow to the market, seriously harm people's health. So people put forward higher request of drug quality, well-known pharmaceutical companies also by producing own anti-counterfeiting mark capsules to resist price of counterfeiting activities, so the high quality printing capsules is the basic requirement of high-quality capsules, but high quality capsule printing testing equipment basic is not at home, in this paper, we study drug packaging quality inspection plan, namely hard capsule shell surface printing test.In the actual production, printing capsule was detected by artificial on the fluorescent lamp to check with the human eye of subjective judge, so it will cause the detection efficiency is extremely low. Combined with the human eye fatigue under long time work will likely to cause a large number of targets, cannot meet the needs of modern production, cannot guarantee enterprise pharmaceutical packaging, high quality, low-cost requirements. Equipment testing in order to improve the pharmaceutical enterprise support function, this article in the original capsule printer equipment based on image acquisition system, and then using digital image processing technology, the capsule core part of the sorting system, picking system, defect detection algorithm, system software architecture design puts forward the new thinking, and large quantities of experiments on the production line.According to the real-time demand of capsule test equipment, this paper puts forward a set of algorithm by the PC as the hardware platform and the HALCON as basic function library capsule lettering optical image detection solutions, papers focused on image processing such as edge detection, morphological operation, static threshold segmentation, dynamic threshold segmentation, the basic theory of regional growth in the capsule rapid positioning, image extraction,3d image correction, image matching, the application of image matching. Finally using single chip microcomputer, electromagnet, according to the design of external trigger signals for the camera out of the line synchronization algorithm, realized under the condition of high speed accurately eliminate defects capsule, practical application results show that the algorithm has accuracy and quickness.Innovation point of this paper is to apply 3d reconstruction and image splicing formed complete original image to match the standard image to find further printing defects; Using simple and quick halcon operator and single-chip microcomputer system defect capsule of real-time fast sorting.
