5-(3-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-7,7-dimethyl-5,7-dihydroindeno carbazole is an important organic optoelectronic materials. In order to avoid the problems such as low yield of reaction product on its production line of Guangdong Aglaia Tech optoelectronic materials Co., Ltd, many effects of factors like time, temperature, solvents, mole ratio, catalyst dosage had been studied in this paper.Product of each step of the purification method were optimized.First step is the synthesis of 1-(3-bromophenyl)-N-phenylmethanimine.The reaction solvent is chloroform, the reaction temperature is 80?, molar ratio of 2-bromobenzaldehyde and aniline is 1:1.2, and the reaction time is12 h.With this condition,the yield can reach 86%,and the purity of liquid chromatography is 96.7%.Second step is the synthesis of 2-(3-bromophenyl)-4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazine. The reaction temperature is 80 ?, the reaction solvent is ethyl alcohol,the alkali is t-BUOK.With this condition the yield can reach 22.8%, and the purity of liquid chromatography is 97.4%.Third step is the synthesis of N-(2-chlorophenyl)-9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-a-ne.The reaction temperature is 80?, the reaction catalyst is catalyst c,the dosage of the catalyst as raw to 2-bromo-9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluorene material quality of 3%,the yield can reach 85%, the purity of liquid chromatography is 97%. In the step of synthesis of7,7-dimethyl-5,7-dihydroindeno carbazole, the reaction temperature is 140 ?, the reaction catalyst is catalyst e,the dosage of the catalyst as raw to 2-bromo-9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluorene material quality of 5%. With this condition,the yield can reach 70%, and the purity of liquid chromatography is 98.8%.Step four is the synthesis of 5-(3-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-7,7-di--methyl-5,7-dihyd-roindeno carbazole.The reaction temperature is 120 ?, the reaction solvent is toluene, the reaction catalyst is catalyst i,the alkali is t-BUOK. With this condition the yield can reach 57.2 %, and the purity of liquid chromatography is 99%.In order to improve the purity of 5-(3-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-7,7-dimethyl-5,7-dihydroindeno carbazole,the method of sublimation was used to reach the higher application requirement.When the sublimation temperature is 260 ?, the purity of liquid chromatography can meet 99.8%.
