Because of it's high moisture content, excess sludge, contain a lot of poisonous and harmful heavy metals and harmful chemical substances, and treatment and disposal cost higher, becomes a hot issue to be solved in the field of environment engineering. To do this, starting from the source, the low sludge production rate of sewage treatment technology, becomes a hotspot in research of environmental engineering.(1) The carrier the total number of bacteria and aerobic bacteria of basic and significant positive correlated to the concentration of dissolved oxygen concentration, the correlation coefficient is 0.758(significant at the 0.01 level).Carrier pore within the total number of bacteria in the mud and negatively correlated with dissolved oxygen, the correlation coefficient is 0.622(significant at the 0.01 level).Show that carrier external aerobic bacteria predominated carrier pore and facultative anaerobic bacteria predominate in the mud.(2)The porous carrier system, dissolved oxygen upper than the lower, between two sampling points can form an aerobic and anaerobic environment. External carrier and carrier pore exist difference of dissolved oxygen, aerobic bacteria into the anaerobic layer, the cell dissolve, excess sludge can be reduced.(3) Jersey bacteria as the advantage of the external carrier biofilm bacteria and the slow growth of bacteria, has significant negative correlation with MLSS in the device, the correlation coefficient is 0.774(significant at the 0.01 level); The assumption that "slow growth strains of bacteria as advantage bacteria, treat municipal sewage, at the same time achieve excess sludge reduction" can be verified.(4) Sink through redundancy analysis (RAD) COD, DO, T N, TP, MLSS the five environmental factors can explaine 74.5% of the carrier function of mud bugs in pore change information carrier and 80.7% of the change of the external function bacteria number information. In the device,not only the five factors but other factors influence have influence on the number of microorganisms, such as the flow shear stress, the migration of organic matter concentration gradient and flow velocity, etc., but other environmental factors affect smaller, so the differences of the five kinds of environmental factors in different sites can generally descript the devices of different loci environment.(5) The COD and DO are a major environmental factors that affect the bacteria distribution. Aerobic bacteria in the device for sludge reduction plays an important role.(6)With the different bacterias that have different wastewater treatment performance functions existing in the device in aerobic and anaerobic alternating environment, the organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen metabolism have be processed, at the same time through total metabolism, biological soluble cell, slow growth population advantage, the excess sludge can be reduced.
