Energetic materials are one of the most important functional materials in the field of material science. Typical energetic materials include explosives, pyrotechnics and propellants, which are widely used for a variety of military purposes and civilian applications. In the development of new high-performance energetic materials, nitrogen-rich cations represent a unique class of energetic molecular frameworks, which have recently attracted significant interest in the design of energetic materials due to their high heats of formation, density and thermal stability as compared to those of their carbocyclic analogues.In this paper, we synthesis of four new based on dinitramide organic nonmetallic ion salt,1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamidine dinitramide (PACADN),N,N',N "-tri(propan-2-ylidene)methanetriamiumdinitr amide (NTAGDN),3-amino-1,2,4-triazoledinitramide,2,4-diamino-6-methyl-1, 3,5-triazine dinitramide, respectively. Sulfamic acid was reacted with potassium hydroxide to afford potassium sulfamate, which was nitrated and then reacted with potassium hydroxide to obtain potassium dinitramide. Silver dinitramide was prepared through the cation exchange reaction of potassium dinitramide and silver nitrate. 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole,2,4-diamino-6-me thy1-1,3,5-triazine obtained by acidification process. Then silver dinitramide was allowed to react with lH-pyrazole-1-carboxamidinehydrochloride,3-amino-1,2,4-triazole hydrochloride,N,N',N"-tri(propan-2-ylidene)methanetriamiumhydrochl oride,2,4-diamino-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazine hydrochloride through anion exchange reaction to afford target products, and successfully develop their single crystal.Using UV-Vis, FT-IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,15N NMR, elemental analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction method for product and intermediates characterization structural. And through the gaussian process (G9) to calculate the four salts detonation performance parameter s,including 3-amino-1,2,4-triazoledinitramide,2,4-diamino-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazine dinitramide detonation velocity much more than the 8 km·s-1.The thermal stability of these salts are good which were analyzed by DTA, and thermal decomposition behaviors were studied under heating rates as 5?·min-1, 10?·min-1, 15?·min-1, and 20?·min-1.Kissinger method method was used to calculate activation energy Ea, pre-exponential factor A, and correlation coefficient r of the samples. The relationship of reaction rate constant (k) and absolute temperature (T) was obtained by kinetic parameters and Arrhenius equation.and also the impact sensitivity was tested.
