2D layered molybdenum disulfide ?MOS2? possessed excellent physics and electricity propertys. Conductive polymer possessed optical, electric, magnetic properties, good flexibility and easy to process. The composites of them were expected to possess potential application value in power storage device, solar cell, sensor, etc. The MOS2 composites could be prepared by combination the Lithium intercalation of MOS2 and in-situ polymerization of monomers. Oil-soluble monomers are incompatible with MOS2 monolayers water suspension, and the regular structure composites are hard to prepare. The uniform mixing of oil-soluble monomers and water-soluble MOS2 could be acquired by the ?-Cyclodextrin ??-CD? template. On the one hand, sulfonated ?-CD could improve it's water-soluble. On the other hand, sulfonated ?-CD acted as dopants to improve the conductivity of conductive polymer.MOS2/PEDOT, MOS2/P3MT and MoS2/PPy composites were synthesized with the template of ?-CD in water. These composites were characterized via XRD, FTIR, Raman spectrum, etc. All these three kinds of composites had quite regular structure and MOS2 in the form of the monolayers. Polymers have inserted into the space between MOS2 layers and formed "sandwich" structure, In comparsion with the restacked MOS2, the increase values of interlayer spacing were 4.65 A,3.84 A and 5.85 A, respectively. The thermal stabilities of these three kinds of composites were enhanced and the maximum thermal decomposition temperatures were 345.3 ?,228.8 ? and 274.6 ?, respectively. The results also showed that the residual ?-CD can affected the conductivity of the composites.MOS2/PEDOT, MOS2/P3MT and MoS2/PPy composites were also synthesized with the template of ?-CDSO3, and the influences of the content of ?-CDSO3 were studied. All these three kinds of composites had quite regular structure and MOS2 in the form of the monolayers. Polymers have inserted into the space between MOS2 layers and formed "sandwich" structure. The interlayer spacings of MOS2, the thermal stabilites and the conductivities of these composites are all increased with increasing the amount of ?-CDSO3. In comparison with the restacked MoS2, the increase values of interlayer spacing were promoted to 7 A,5.95 A and 6.4 A, respectively.. The maximum thermal decomposition temperatures were 362.5 ?,334.5 ? and 301.4 ?, respectively. The conductivities of the composites were 1.85×10-2 S/cm,2.04×10-3 S/cm and 1.55×10-1 S/cm, respectively. The CV curves of the composites indicated that the composites possessed the pseudo-capacitance characteristics of conductive polymer both and the double layer capacitance characteristics of MoS2. With increasing the content of ?-CDSO3, the capacitance characteristics of these compositeswere increased gradually and the pseudo-capacitance characteristics were disappeared gradually. The Nyquist impedance spectra also indicated that the interface charge transfer resistance ?Rct? decreased with the increase of ?-CDSO3.
