With the development of large infusion bag field, conventional PVC material has been unable to meet the requirements of GMP and relevant regulations. The three layer co-extrusion film is a new type of membrane material has been developed, which resolved the impacts of PVC material itself and to the environment. However, due to the cost of this kind of three layer co-extrusion film is very expensive and meanwhile the labor cost in recent two years grew rapidly, making the product profit space is very small and unable to meet the market demand for normal operation. Therefore, need to study and improve the existing technology and equipment, to reduce production costs, and then meet the requirements of the operation of the market.From the study we know that one of the main factors causing the high cost of production is the Z7 automatic inserting workstation can't be used. Because of the quality and process issues that automatic station is instead of a large number of artificial operations. So the focus of this paper discusses objects are how the resolve the issues by improving the design plan and also with quality and process validation and application.Through the effective design and verification that we find the ways to solve the problem in the project, and continuously improving, then the project finally has reached the anticipated goal, satisfying the production process and quality requirements. Such as cymene CHP index dropped to about 0.05%, cymene residue index dropped to 50 ppb, automatic inserting workstation overall scrap rate dropped to below 1.5%. These key indicators are all meet the quality requirements, then makes the automatic inserting station running well.
