L-cysteine is an important biological molecules,exist in a variety of proteins,glutathione,in the self repair of animal cells,biological metabolism,biology,pharmacology and other aspects play an extremely important role.Ethanolamine is usually playing a very important role in the textile industry,such as a printing and dyeing brightening agent,carbon dioxide absorbent,antistatic agent,moth proofing agent,it is the synthetic detergent,emulsifier cosmetics and other important raw materials.At present,there is almost no suitable method for the detection of ethanolamine.Therefore,it is very important to develop a rapid and simple method for the detection of L-cysteine and ethanolamine.Due to the electrochemiluminescence(ECL)method has been used in a wide range,the optical system is simple and the easy to operate,and it has been widely recognized by people.The most extensive research and application of ECL system is Ru(bpy)32+-TPrA ECL system.In this paper,a new type of ECL Ru(bpy)32+/TPrA/DBAE ECL system was used to studying the separation conditions of capillary electrophoresis and the condition of ECL detection,based on revealing the reaction mechanism of Ru(bpy)32+/TPrA/DBAE new ECLsystem,to explore ways to enhance the sensitivity of ECL.The advantages and feasibility of the system are verified by the rapid separation and detection of water samples.It is also based on two substances L-cysteine and ethanolamine could enhancement the ECL signal,a new method of capillary electrophoresis with electrochemiluminescence(CE-ECL)was developed for the detection of L-cysteine and ethanolamine.
