Research On Monitoring System Of Intelligent For Gas Field Based On Internet Of Things

With the implementation and popularization of the digital for the oil and gas fields,intelligent oil field has become the inevitable trend of development for oil and gas industry at present.Internet of Things(IOT)and wireless sensor technology become the main supporting technology of the intelligent oil field development.For oil and gas field monitoring system using the traditional instruments of the high-power,as well as automation and intelligence level is not high,research intelligent field monitoring system based on IOT,has achieved the centralized monitoring of well-field production data,equipment status information,which lays a solid foundation for oil and gas field from digital to the wisdom.Combined with some gas field production plant,gas distribution,site recovery gas device and process and the well site data acquisition status of YANCHANG Gas Filed,the paper analyzes the requirements of the gas field system monitoring and function,the system designed a project which is consist of the data acquisition and control subsystem,transport subsystem,object data monitoring and management subsystem.The system takes the ZigBee wireless sensor and intelligent RTU to complete data the acquisition and control;the way of communication of multipoint wireless bridge realize remote transmission of data;B/S framework achieves monitoring and intelligent management for gas filed.WebAccess is used to develop man-machine interface of intelligent gas monitoring system for gas filed;and realize the data storage and well-site video image management with SQL Server 2005 database and video surveillance software,then complete the well-site data acquisition,alarm and query for important parameters.Finally,intelligent gas monitoring system is realized with local browsing and IE browser.The operation shows that intelligent gas monitoring system running well based on IOT,fully meets the needs of system monitoring and functional,improve the system automation and intelligent level,laid an important foundation for the construction of the wisdom of the gas field.It has an important practical significance and high popularization value.
