With the development of oil and gas exploration,most of oil fields are in the middle and late stage of production.The optimization of oil and water wells transient electromagnetic instrument contributes to the testing of damage wells,helps to understand the distribution of reservoir and provide important information for the sustainable development of oilfieldThe principle and characteristics of transient electromagnetic logging is introduced in this paper firstly,a downhole radial non-uniform layered medium model is established,and optimization methods that commonly used are analyzed.Then,the equivalent circuit of the probe is designed,we obtained the probe of the step response formula,and the best working state of the probe.Based on these works.This paper developed the advanced probe.Furthermore,the factors that effected on the probe are analyzed,which includes transmitter coil,receiving coil,skin effect,the lift-off effect,Curie temperature and so on;Then we built transmitter coil model,analyzed the influence of the transmitter coil turns to the probe performance;The receive coil equivalent circuit are also designed,In addition,the probe optimization of the probe coil,the noise suppression and high temperature heat treatment,emission current pass period of time,and probe winding has been made.Finally,a series of tests are conducted,the oil and water Wells transient electromagnetic detector probe detection range test,X,Y,Z three direction detection test,the probe detection performance test.it has proved that increasing Oil and water Wells improved transient electromagnetic instrument in detecting depth,resolution,accuracy and detection direction after the probes optimized.
