In this paper,we studied the optimized planing and intelligent control problem of biological floating islands for water purification.This paper is divided into five chapters to introduce and research this problem systematically.The section of introduction mainly introduces the background,development history,application prospect,the latest development trend of the floating islands and the significance of the research for the layout and control problems.In the second chapter we studied the scattered layout problem in circular zone,established two mathematical planning model based on different targets,the layout problem is transformed into the problem of solving the optimized model for which there is an approximation algorithm proposed with the bound of 1/2.Finally,the solutions of those two models are discussed and the rationality of the layout models and theories are verified through several cases which laid the theoretical foundation for the optimized layout of the biological floating islands.In the third chapter,the layout problem of the biological floating islands for water purification are split into two parts,through establishing a multi-objective programming model solved the problems which contain the selection of the quantities,the types and the distribution layout plan of the floating islands,and improving the hierarchical approximation algorithm proposed in the second chapter.There are two cases be studied in the fourth section of this chapter and some conclusions are given through analysis and comparing the plans got by the improved algorithm and the gradient methods.The intelligent controls problems of the biological floating islands are studied in chapter four.An optimized control model and the intelligent control system are designed,the distances between the floating islands and water’s boundary can be measured through the ultrasonic sensors of the intelligent control system,that is to say,we can control the layout plan of the floating islands through change the distances between them.In addition,by solving the optimized control model we can make the floating islands quickly arrived the heavily polluted zone to purification water.When water quality is over the standard,we can also through the control system to make the floating islands lining up to enhance the landscape value of the water zone.Finally,there are the summarizes of this paper,and point out the future work and efforts.
