Design Of Measurement System Of Iron Moisture Based On Humidity Method

This paper mainly address the problem of iron ore trade moisture detection in presence of moisture through comparative analysis of existing detection methods, research humidity detection method in iron ore moisture test.This paper includes studying capacitive humidity detection methods of iron ore moisture, exploring testing mechanism, establishing a theoretical model,designing moisture measurement system of iron ore based on MSP430,completed the information collection, microprocessor control and embed software programming and other aspects of the research work.Researching on iron water information acquisition based on capacitive humidity sensor, designed information acquisition module given the structure of the measurement probe design, and completed hardware design of MSP430 SCM control system, including the main control module, clock circuit, reset circuit, a data display circuit, serial communication, power supply circuit.In the system of software design, including the modular design of the form of the main program module, acquired the temperature and humidity data and processing module, displaying the module of output of liquid crystal, storing data module and serial communication module, achieving the joint debugging between software program and hardware system. Method and system design based on the experimental study of the detection system, including sample configuration,experimental data acquisition, analysis and calibration and the mathematical model of the relationship between the humidity and the moisture content of iron,proved method for rapid measurement of humidity using iron feasibility of mine water method.Studying on iron ore moisture detector, multi-grade iron ore indicators for achieving real-time monitoring and analysis, improving efficiency and ensure fair trading and automation of production management has a very important practicalsignificance and making the market prospect broad.
