The problem of high temperature heat-harm can not be ignored during a safe and efficient production process.Currently,the main measures to improve thermal environment in mine is applying refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.Due to the high energy consumption of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment,should minimize the refrigeration energy consumption when the tempertature condition is meet the requirements.In order to reduce energy consumption,analyze the theory of heat and mass transfer and conside the water evaporation effect on airflow temperature.Build the mathematical model of numerical simulation based on the finite difference method for single roadway,and give stability condition and convergence condition.Using the least squares fit equations about temperature of the surrouding rock and saturated humidity ratio function,as the basis equation to solve air humidity ratio.Compiling the program based on Matlab to calculate airflow temperature distribution,the result showes that water evaporation quantity is an important factor on airflow temperature distribution,proposing dehumidification also being an effective cooling methods. By setting different cold source and water vapor for calculations,points out dehumidification while refrigerate airflow will get a better effection than only refrigeration,and provides theoretical basis for dehumidifying and cooling.Get unsteady airflow temperature distribution mathematical model by combining the exchange between airflow and surrounding wall with ventilation based on whole mine.Using TF1M(3D) software to simulate JiuDaoling mine,by setting different cold source and water vapor to analog conditioning cooling and dehumidification funciton at the designated locations,proposing refrigeration cooling solutions for JiuDaoling 850 working face.This paper also discusses the law of dynamic airflow temperature distribution,and provides a convenient platform for dynamic prediction and control to mine.
