Coix lachryma-jobi L.has high edible and medical valuation,which has commanded increasing attention in recents years.Since China is the largest producer of Coix lachryma-jobi L.Japan ? South Korea ? the United States and Europe and other countries and regions import a great quantity of Coix lachryma-jobi L.from our country every year.Shelling is an important process after production,but we lack of mature equipment,the processing industry is still at its early stage.And now Coix lachryma-jobi L.shelling use general equipments of staple food processing industry,it blocks the development of industry.According to technical difficulties in shelling machine,our research is targeting at Coix lachryma-jobi L.'s hulling rate and breaking rate.The main researches of the thesis are as follows.(1)Measure and Study on basic physical characteristics of the Coix lachryma-jobi L.materialsAt first,we measure its shape and other characters to do a descriptive statistic analysis.Size is not uniform through the analysis of Coix lachryma-jobi L.So we must grade it before the test in order to ensure that the test results.It was compressed by mechanical analysis and mechanical properties testing,analysis shows that the rolling method is conducive to the Coix lachryma-jobi L.shelling.Basically,we also do tests on Coix lachryma-jobi L.'s mechanical properties.Respectively to the same loading rate of different loading position,and the same loading position with different loading rates.The results show that different loading speed and different load positions affect the Coix lachryma-jobi L.shelling.(2)The design and structure optimization of test bench on coix lachryma-jobi L sheller of dynamic and static grinding discThrough the study of theoretical analysis and market research,we choose rubbing as shelling method.Basically,building test bench on coix lachryma-jobi L sheller of dynamic and static grinding disc.The main components of test bench are shelling cavity,Frame of test bench,motor,blower,transmission device,feeding device and control device,the key components is hulling cavity.Shelling cavity is composed of dynamic and static grinding disc.Optimizing the static grinding disc-the key components of shelling,determining the best static shape through the test.(3)Determining the optimal motion parametersThe single factor test and orthogonal test was carried out on test bench,the main control targets are hulling rate and breaking rate.The three variables are follows: space between the dynamic and static grinding disc,feeding speed,speed of dynamic disk.Analysis the hulling rate and breaking rate of the three factors.Designing the orthogonal test of 3 factors and 3 levels,analysis on the results use the synthetic weighted mark method and range analysis.The test results shows that: the influencing factors of Coix lachryma-jobi L.breaking rate are as follows:A B C,space between the dynamic and static grinding disc feeding speed speed of dynamic disk.the influencing factors of Coix lachryma-jobi L.hulling rate are as follows:A B C,space between the dynamic and static grinding disc feeding speed speed of dynamic disk.Considering the hulling rate and breaking rate,we determine the optimal scheme for A3B3C2.The space between the dynamic and static grinding disc is 10 mm,feeding speed is 330kg/h,the speed of dynamic disk is 1120r/min.
