| Diazodinitrophenol has been widely applied to civil EED initiating explosive. But its deficiency is that it would contain the "red water" of diazonium salt during production process. This kind of wastewater containing organic aromatic structure content, inorganic salt and diazonium salt. Because it has complex composition, severe pollution, and difficult to treat, these become the "bottleneck" of this kind of primary explosive production. After the pretreatment of micro electrolysis-Fenton coupling, and choosing the fixed bed reactor, this could achieve the treatment of wastewater containing diazonium salt by white-rot biodegradation, deep bed filtration, and combine with integrated technology of flocculation. This is the so called biological integrated technology. The experimental results showed that:the micro electrolysis initial pH value was 2; the filler volume was 16103 cm3; the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 366ml; the velocity was 1.2 L·h-1; the residence time of coupled pretreatment was about 0.5 h; the biological treatment retention time was 72 h; and after running 120 hours continuously, the COD effluent was about 138.5 mg·L-1, the removal rate reached over 93.09%; the content of nitro phenol was about 0.512mg·L-1, the removal rate reached 96.57%.The final effluent water could meet "Weapons industry water pollution discharge standards"(GB 14470.2-2002). |
