To Research The Effect Of Eating Fruit Tea Combine Standard Triple-drug Therapy For Helicobacter Pylori Eradication

Purpose:To research the therapeutic effect of eating fruit tea combine standard Triple-drug therapy (esomeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin) for the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication, and to accelerate and widely spread the application of foods in pandemics treatment.Method:The 200 patients who infected Helicobacter pylori were randomly distributed into two main groups i.e. the fruit tea group and the control group. The control group was treated with esomeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin triple-drug therapy; and the fruit tea group divided into three subgroups including three different flavors of fruit tea based on triple-drug therapy. Before the experiment and one month after the therapy, the patients accepted the 14C breath test, and then analysis the H. pylori clearance rate. During treatment observed the adverse reactions closely, and take aid measures and recorded in detail.Result:(1) After the treatment, the eradication rate of fruit tea group was 87%, while the control group was 63%, compare to the control group, the fruit tea group can significantly inhibited the H. pylori (p<0.05).(2) The fruit tea group appeared three adverse reactions including diarrhea, insomnia and headache, the total incidence rate was only 3.00%. The control group appeared six adverse reactions except the above reactions and including skin rash, nausea and vomiting, the total incidence rate was only 11.00%. One patient had insomnia after accepting the Balixiangxie fruit tea, and two patients had adverse reactions after accepting the Qingxiujiaren fruit tea. Compared to the control group, the fruit tea group has significantly reduced the adverse reactions (p< 0.05).(3) After treatment, three subgroups including Balixiangxie fruit tea, Oulufengqing fruit tea and Qingxiujiaren fruit tea, and the eradication rate were 84.85%,88.24% and 87.88%. It had no significant difference between the three subgroups (p>0.05).Conclusion:(1) Eating fruit tea combined triple-drug therapy can significantly improve the eradication rate of H. pylori.(2) Eating fruit tea diet combined triple-drug therapy can significantly reduce adverse reactions.(3) The three most popular flavors of fruit tea (Balixiangxie, Oulufengqing, and Qingxiujiaren) combined triple-drug therapy for treatment of H. pylori had no significant difference.
