With the development of the equipment manufacturing industry, the demand for deep hole machining is growing and the quality and accuracy requirements are also increasing. However, the vibration has been a major obstacle to deep processing, large aspect ratio can easily lead to the boring bar chatter and reduce processing quality and efficiency. Therefore, how to reduce the vibration generated in the deep hole boring and become an important research topic. For built-in dual vibration absorption boring bar technology, there have been numerous studies, but the main parameters affecting the vibration damping system for the performance of little knowledge. Starting from these various issues, this paper will examine the built-in dual vibration characteristics of the shock absorber damping boring bar range, combined with commonly used fine boring bars do design and development.First, the boring chatter from the analysis, this paper introduces the principle and method of damping boring bar. Then the mechanics and mathematical models built vibration absorption boring bar, thereby establishing built-in dual vibration absorption boring bar mechanics and mathematical models deduced the relative amplitude of the boring bar relative to the excitation frequency mathematical expressions. In doing certain simplifying assumptions and conditions, the use of dynamic simulation software for the elastic element and the damping element damping system optimized.Secondly, the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS boring bar vibration modal analysis and frequency response analysis and finite element simulation conducting impact damping system frequency response analysis built on the main parameters of the boring bar damping properties, including two mass density, the radial stiffness of the rubber ring, two mass damping fluid and different mass ratios. The results for the built-in vibration absorption designed with double-ranging important guiding role.Finally, based on the principles of the built-in dual vibration absorption boring tool design and development, including the shank module design, structural design and damping parameter selection module, module cutting head design.
