Metallic nanoparticles are widely used in the field of electrochemical modification because of its small size, large surface area and high catalytic activity. In order to increase the stability of metallic nanoparticles on the surface of bare electrode, there provided a new type of preparation method and application of the composite modified electrode, of which nano metal particles were electrochemical catalyst, and sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone polymer film was catalyst supporter. The sulfonic acid group in the chain of poly aryl ether ketone polymer would attract metallic ion through electrostatic attraction. Under a negative potential, the metallic ion would been reducted to nano metal particles. The modified electrode prepared by this method has the advantages of simple preparation, high sensitivity, wide linear range, high reproducibility and low detection limit. This paper mainly consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduced the overview of the electrochemical analysis, the classification, the modified method and the application of the modified electrode, the preparation method and the application of nano metal, and the properties of sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone.In the second chapter, a glassy carbon electrode modified with nano nickel was introduced, which was based on the electrostatic attraction of the sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone and nickel ion. By cyclic voltammetry, AC impedance, i-t method, scanning electron microscopy, the electrode was characterized and the content of glucose in human blood was determined. The detection limit was as low as 200 nmol/L, and the linear range was 1 ?mol/L-4 mmol/L.In the third chapter, the glassy carbon electrode modified with sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone polymer films and nano copper particles were prepared by electrochemical deposition method, and the modified electrode was used to catalyze the reduction of hydrogen peroxide. By the i-t curve method, the modified electrode was found to have good electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide, and the detection limit was low to 0.5 ?mol/L, the linear range was 6 ?mol/L?1.55 mmol/L. This method is simple and easy to control, and has good sensitivity and convenience.In the fourth chapter, a new method for the analysis of the system of ion chromatography and nano metal modified electrode was provided. Using carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotubes doped polymer film of sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone polymer, nano nickel prepared by an electrochemical modification of NiNPs-CNT/SPAEK, the modified electrode on the surface of glassy carbon electrode was of the reducing for some carbohydrate with high electrocatalytic activity,and the electrode had good stability and repeatability.In the application with ion chromatography for electrochemical detection and detection of four saccharides, the detection method was of high selectivity, high sensitivity, good effect of separation.
