Abstract/Summary:
Transition metal catalyzed C-H activation reactions are important for the formation of C-C and C-X bonds due to their atomic economy. In this paper, we reported rhodium-catalyzed C-H activation reactions of triazoles and their applications in the synthesis of various isoquinolium salts and other triazolederivatives. The thesis is presented in two parts:1. Rhodium-catalyzed C-H activations between triazoles and alkynes. [Cp*RhCl2]2/Cu(OAc)2H2O/Na2O2 or [Cp*RhCl2]2/Cu(OAc)2 H2O/DTBP can efficiently catalyze triazoles C-H activation, annulation and oxidation reaction in one pot. A numeber of mesoionic triazolo[5,1-a]isoquinolium salts were obtained in good yileds.2. Four Rh(NHC) complexes were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. They showed good catalytic activity for trazole vinylation The effect of NHC ligands were studied in rhodium catalyzed olefination of triazoles.
