| Coking industry is one of pillar industries in Wuhai City, the derivative coke oven gas contains hydrogen sulfide with higher concentration in manufacturing process of coking enterprises, the generated sulfur dioxide by it according to burning will not only cause problems of air pollution and acid rain increasingly to be serious, harm to health of human body and the ecological system, but also it will constrain the sustainable development of economy in Wuhai City.The paper conducts comparative research on desulfurization crafts of coke oven gas applied by coking enterprises of Wuhai City; it takes operation examples of desulfurization crafts applied by coking enterprises which established by Wuhai City as the basis; then it introduces that take ammonia as the wet pre-desulfurization method of HPF (H:Hydroquinone;P:dikaryon phthalocyanine cobalt sulphonate;F:FeSO4) method on alkali source, take Na2CO3 as the wet post-desulfurization method of 888 method on alkali source, and take Na2CO3 of PDS (dikaryon phthalocyanine cobalt sulphonate)+theories and craft procedures of the wet post-desulfurization method in tannin extract method on alkali source; then it applies practical test data of hydrogen sulfide in the desulfurization of coking enterprises, setting and quantity of desulfurization towers, advantages and disadvantages in operation process, the treatment of desulfurization waste liquid and survey of other aspects; after then it analyzes three types of desulfurization effects of desulfurization crafts; finally it draws the conclusion of relative stable and better desulfurization effect of PDS+desulfurization crafts of tannin extract method and 888 method in coking enterprises of Wuhai City. Meanwhile the paper also points out the exist problems in desulfurization crafts of HPF method applied by coking enterprises in Wuhai City, and then it also provides suggestions that solve these problems. |
