Based on the research objects of industrial NID semi-dry desulphurization technology and reactor, this paper simulated and optimized the whole process and the flow field in the reactor, which had the important value for industrial application.Firstly, based on the real industrial process and operating data, the NID desulphurization process and reactor were simulated with different softwares respectively. Secondly, with the denitration technology added, the new integrated process was simulated under different operation conditions to get the efficiency of desulfurization and denitration. The result showed the best parament of furnace temperature, Ca/S, air flow and humidification water. Meanwhile, the actual NID desulfurization reactor was simualted under different operation conditions to get important result, such as particle residence time, particle path, outlet temperature, total pressure drop and the velocity vector diagram. With the analysis of the preessure field and temperature field, the best particle size and gas velocity was got. Then the new type of reactor was simulated and proved to have advantages in optimizating pressure and temperature field. This paper provided the basis data for the optimization of NID semi-dry desulphurization technology and reactor.
