Metallic bridge plug drilling and milling is difficult during the releasing process,drilling and milling take for a long time,causing the casing wear and metal debris sticking problems.Non-metallic material drillable bridge plug is drilling and milling easy and high efficiency.Non-metallic material bridge plug is a new type of bridge plug which is made of composite material.The composite material is formed by bonding the reinforcing fiber and the base material,which is a non-metallic material with excellent properties.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to optimize the fiber laying mode of the bridge plug.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research status and research on composite bridge plug of the latest progress,analysis of the drillable bridge plug in multiple hydraulic fracturing technology in the application process,aiming at the existing problems of metal bridge plug application,and design of nonmetallic composite bridge plug;(2)Through analysis of bridge plug structure composition and working principle,combined with the bridge plug of the main design parameters,design drillable bridge plug and delivery device structure;(3)Central tube as the support part of the bridge plug,which is choose the glass fiber reinforced composite material,using the finite element method and simulation center tube under different conditions.Analysis of the influence of different ways of fiber laying on the mechanical properties of the central tube.Combined with the IRF coefficient of the composite to obtained multiple sets of simulation data.Optimize the way of laying,determined the best laying way of central tube and the number of layers.Analysis of the optimal plying angle ratio in the best central tube laying way;(4)To analyze the mechanical properties of the slip and rubber-sleeve of bridge plug.Analysis of the properties of the composite slip under a certain condition and in different fiber laying angle’s layer S1 stress distribution characteristics.The relationship between the contact stress and the rubber-sleeve with different length and friction coefficient is analyzed.
