6-aminopenicillanic acid(6-APA) is the production of ampicillin and amoxicillin type semi synthetic penicillin nucleus. Amoxicillin as penicillin alternative to the main varieties, Department of broad-spectrum semisynthetic penicillin, inhibit the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, so that rapid change is spherical and broken dissolved, so the sterilization rate is better than that of penicillin and cephalosporin.6-aminopenicillanic acid as an important intermediate for the production of semi synthetic penicillin antibiotics, is the most important export varieties of China's penicillin drugs raw materials, accounting half penicillin of total global trade.In recent years, 6-APA projects blind new, expanding the problem is particularly prominent, and expanding the serious consequences of production capacity is the enterprise must cut prices, driven by shipments to produce. The competition has deteriorated, and the 6-APA enterprise can only pursue the more massive production and more optimized production technology to reduce the cost.The problem of 6-APA is that the yield is low, the product is not stable, the quality of product is higher, the production cost is higher.In order to optimize the process of 6-APA and improve the quality of the product,the subject of this thesis is to improve the product quality and the yield of keys by means of the production of extractive distillation.This topic will be taking the intermittent type changed to continuous process as the research object, changing existing through production, determine the continuous production process control parameters, so as to increase the level of production through, improve production efficiency, to enhance the competitiveness of their products.Firstly, the extraction method is carried out, and the extraction method is taken for the extraction of the present extraction process.. Subject adopts the centrifugal separation method of penicillin stripping organic solution, clear the suitable extractant concentration and feed ratio and get qualified penicillin sodium salt solution, in order to ensure the stable yield under the premise, significantly shortening the production cycle, improve production efficiency.Secondly, molecular distillation, using molecular distillation the distillationtemperature is lower than the material boiling point, distillation pressure is low,heating time is short, higher separation characteristics, under the vacuum condition of penicillin sodium salt solution of the continuous distillation process control parameters experiment, satisfy the quality indicators of the quality requirements of qualified products, compared to batch distillation yield a substantial increase, shorten the operation time of 75% process and liquid under high temperature and shorten the residence time, reduce penicillin degradation and loss, improve the quality of the products.Finally, through the through process optimization experimental study, the get continuous process optimal control parameters based, feedback to the production,continuous process improvement through process, using continuous method instead of batch process, optimization of 6-aminopenicillanic acid preparation process and improve the quality of the products.The preparing process of 6-aminopenicillanic acid system by continuous process optimization, promote 6-APA through technological progress, improve production efficiency, improve the production yield, and quality of penicillin, and of6-aminopenicillanic acid production capacity expanded to lay the foundation.All the contents above have never been reported so far.
