The mud pump of petroleum drilling is a key component for whole drilling rig.With the extending to land and ocean's deeper places of our country's petroleum and natural gas,the petroleum and natural gas.industry need to be develop in ocean and desolate places.So it required the mud pump was designed having larger discharge volume,higher pressure,more little volume,more light quality and so on.The large horsepower(2200HP),high pressure(52MPa)mud pump will offer basic guarantee for ultra deep well drilling(over 9000meter)and ocean well drilling.Therefore,the 2200 horsepower mud pump was designed in the thesis.Firstly,the whole structure of the triplex single action high pressure pump was determined and its basic parameters also determined.Then,the gear shaft,gear,crankshaft and hydraulic cylinder are analyzed.Finally,the conclusions are drawn.The main content of the thesis are as follows:1.For raising rigidity of the gear shaft,it was designed integrative for pinion and shaft.The pinion and shaft was a whole unite processed and its load-bearing capacity is calculated.2.For pinion and gear,the traditional process was design single of two piece.This two pieces gear are fit together as a whole herringbone tooth finally.For obtaining better smooth motion,this shaft was designed a pinion shaft.Then this pinion shaft will be going calculation of accepted load.3.The traditional casting crankshaft will be replaced by forging crankshaft in this thesis because it could removeing mass distributing unequal of casting crankshaft in the process of casting.So forging crankshaft can removeing shocking phenomenon aroused by stress one aspect at the expense of another.Forging crankshaft also has large mechanical strength compare to casting crankshaft.The forging crankshaft will be create a triaxial finite element model by software of SolideWorks firstly,then loading the correlate value of being calculated on model,finally,the software of ANSYS will be calculate the finite element model and obtain the result of calculation and analysis.The caculating results show that the strength of the crankshaft can satisfy the requirements.4.For desiging of fluid end module,it also need creating a triaxial finite element modelof 1:1 by software of SolideWorks.Then loading of the higher pressure of 52 MPa was acted on finite element model and is calculated and analyed.Finally the conclusions are obtained according to the result of calculation and analysis and going optimization procedure.The results show that the hydraulic cylinder can bear the high pressure of 52MPa.
