Study On The Harmless Disposal Of Methanol Sludge In The Natural Gas Purification Plant

During the process of gas exploration and methanol wastewater treatment,it will produce a large quantity of methanol sludge.It will still contain a lot of oil,methanol,inorganic and heavy metal ions even after a treatment of mechanical device disposal.And it will lead to serious harm to surrounding environment of the oil field if discharge and pile the sludge on the ground without any treatment.Through the analysis of the components of methanol sludge,the optimum burning temperature and time is determined by the weight loss rate of sludge before and after incineration and the amount of the COD and methanol content;using the Portland cement,sand,lime and the additive agent to study on the solidification of the sludge which was after incineration.Examined the impact of curing time,cement content,the amount of adding sand,lime and additive agent to the compressive strength and the COD of the leaching solution of the solidified block.The main factors affecting the curing intensity and the best curing ratio are determined by orthogonal experiment.Finally,according to the actual operation situation,determined the best treatment of methanol sludge harmless disposal.The results show that the methanol content of sludge is 6.4%,the oil content is 3.1%,the moisture content is 62.90%,the content of methanol in the extract is 0.641%,oil content is7.3%,and the COD content is 6112mg/L respectively after the mechanical device filter.When the burning temperature reached 680℃,and after 45 min of burning,the weight loss rate of sludge remained unchanged.The leaching solution COD is 82.6mg/L and the content of methanol is 0.178%.The optimum ratio of sludge solidification is C/S=1.2,S/S=1.0,L/S=0.2,additive agent A/sludge=0.08.At this moment,the average compressive strength of the solidified block reached 17.57 MPa,COD of the leaching solution is 54.5mg/L and the density is 1709kg/m3.It reached the grade B(1681~2099kg/m~3)of solid concrete brick standards of the country and the strength grade reached the standards of MU15.Therefore,the curing plan is feasible and could achieve the purpose of reclamation.
